Building the Next Generation of Leaders in Data Science & AI through Accessible Education
Our Mission
HerWILL empowers women, youth, and underrepresented talent to lead in tech and data science through practical learning, inclusive mentorship, and global collaboration.
HerWILL: Advancing Innovation, Equality, and Impact
HerWILL is a global platform that transforms powerful ideas into practical solutions. We bring innovation from around the world to the United States and connect U.S. expertise to international communities. Our mission is to drive progress in gender equality, climate change, and global health through technology and education.
We develop the next generation of leaders in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. Our programs provide real-world training, mentorship, and career pathways for women, youth, and underrepresented talent. This work strengthens the economy, fills the skills gap, and builds a more diverse innovation pipeline.

At HerWILL, we believe in full inclusion. Men and boys are vital partners in our mission. We work together to create respectful homes, fair workplaces, and stronger communities. There is no "she without he."
We are an action-driven organization. We do not create reports that sit on shelves. We create programs that work. We host global datathons, design intelligent learning systems, deliver tech education, and advise institutions on ethical AI and inclusive design. We measure success through results. Our impact includes new skills, better jobs, smarter policies, and stronger communities. We track progress with data, evidence, and transparency.
Our approach is collaborative. We work with funders, academic institutions, government agencies, tech companies, and nonprofit partners. Everyone has a role to play in creating a future that works for all.
If you are ready to move from talk to action, HerWILL is your platform. Join us to bring innovation to life, create equal opportunity, and solve problems that matter.

Raima Islam, HerWILL Global STEM Lead and Instructor :
Currently a Graduate Student at Harvard University
After joining the HerWILL cohort, for the first time in my career, I truly feel like I belong and that my voice is heard. Before, I lacked role models and mentors from similar backgrounds, but now I have the opportunities to network and learn from the best in their chosen fields. Initiatives such as the UN Women’s Generation Equality Program (named GEYA at HerWILL) allowed me to hone in on my leadership skills and gave me the training I needed to be confident in my current role.
