Nafis Islam is the Senior Director of Development, CARE. He is a visionary who is passionate and an expert in partnership building, corporate planning, proposal writing, project management, and data analytics Nafis worked with Creative Associates International for six months as a project manager, providing program management and contractual support for training for Pakistan, a $6.5 million USAID-funded participant training program. Nafis is also a former Graduate Assistant of Dr. Amirkhanyan, whom he collaborated with on an empirical study examining public sector contracts. In April 2008, he presented the paper at the Mid – Western Political Science Association Conference (MPSA).
